The Panthers Varsity baseball team had a huge win last night over the North Forrest Bulldogs 13-3 at Cowart Stadium. Player of the game was sophomore Adam Rodriguez who along with pitching a complete game striking out 12 led the Panthers offense going three for three with four RBI’s and blasting a two run home run in the first inning. Senior Jose Luna went 3 for 4 with 2 runs batted in and Junior Alfredo Ortiz also helped out with 2 runs batted in. Senior Marc Maldonado showed just how tough the Panthers can be by Catching the entire game despite a leg injury that would keep most players on the sideline. The Panthers look to continue their drive for the playoffs this Saturday vs Sharpstown. Go Panthers!
